Our Team
Our staff are carefully selected to form a strong, close-knit team. All staff have relevant qualifications and experience in childcare and are encouraged to update their training regularly.
Our team is highly qualified in all areas of childcare, including QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), NVQ Level 2, 3 up to Level 6 in childcare. They are recruited not only for their qualifications but for their caring and compassionate nature, ensuring all our children are cared for in a professional and nurturing way. We ensure staff diversity in age, experience, culture and gender, providing positive role models and fostering inclusion and diversity throughout our setting.
